Debbie is an author, speaker, executive coach, and senior HR leader who brings both depth of experience and genuine partnership to her work. With more than 20 years in senior leadership roles at Pfizer, Deutsche Bank, and Avon Products, she understands leadership from the inside out. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at WestLand Resources. Clients value her practical, straightforward style, her passion for people, and her ability to turn complex challenges into clear, achievable action. Having worked in more than 45 countries, Debbie partners with leaders and teams to build cultures where people and performance thrive.
